Meet the Buyers: Business Card Exchange

Meet the Buyers is our signature networking session, providing a platform for suppliers to meet with airline buyers in an informal setting. The session is designed for a chance to exchange business cards and make an initial introduction with a short 5 minute ad-hoc meeting. 

• Buyers are re-confirmed during badge pick up and a list of confirmed buyers is displayed during the morning coffee break
• Airline buyers will be located in a dedicated room wiating behind designated tables
• Delegates will be allowed into the room in groups to control numbers in the room 
• Organisers will be on hand to encourage 5 minute meetings take place until that time slot is up, then the next group will enterThe session will last approx. 1 hour, but will be followed by the networking reception to carry on the conversations
