Meet the Buyers: Business Card Exchange

Meet the Buyers is our signature networking session, providing a platform for suppliers to meet with airline buyers in an informal setting. The session is designed for a chance to exchange business cards and make an initial introduction with a short 5 minute ad-hoc meeting. 

• Buyers are re-confirmed during badge pick up and a list of confirmed buyers is displayed during the morning coffee break
• Airline buyers will be located in a dedicated room waiting behind designated tables
• Delegates will be allowed into the room in groups to control numbers in the room 
• Organisers will be on hand to encourage 5 minute meetings take place until that time slot is up, then the next group will enter. The session will last approx. 90 minutes, but will be followed by the networking reception to carry on the conversations
