As part of your agreement, you have a certain amount of delegate places. To use this please register via our website and input the code you received in email from Ylenia Mezzetti. Please register your attendees as soon as possible.

You will be able to collect your badge from the Sofitel Brisbane Central on:

Table Top exhibitors will be allocated a table in the Ann Street Lobby & Ballroom Le Grand 1 both next door to the conference area. Each company will receive one table, 2 chairs and access to power and must display any/all products and promotional items on top of the table (no additional tables, racks, stands etc. can be used). You can bring a maximum of 2 banners, all banners/backdrops must fit behind the table (1.82m in length, 76cm width, 73cm height). Note that the Showcase Exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees. If you are unsure whether or not you have a table top please contact Ylenia Mezzetti. You will be allocated a table position upon arrival.

Set-Up: You will be able to set up your table from 7am-8am on Wednesday 13 November. If set up on Tuesday afternoon is available, we will let you know sooner to the time.

MRO Australasia delegates have access to an exclusive room rate the Sofitel Brisbane Central.  The rate is $265AUD for the nights of the 12/13 November. This rate is not inclusive of breakfast but it does include 10% GST.

Booking must be made by October 10, 2024 to secure the discounted rate.

Where we have been given permission, the presentation slides from the sessions will be available to download to all attendees after the event. You will be sent a feedback survey, on completion you will be able to access the slides.

Registered journalists will be given access to all conference sessions so please be aware that anything you do or say may be quoted.
